Tread-Fit* is a treadmill workout designed especially for you. We look at the individual's height, weight, physical, and cardio levels and set in motion a workout that will get your heart rate up and get you to burning those calories needed to lose weight.
*Each participant will be tested for minimum/maximum cardio levels and individual stats are programed into the treadmill prior to the Tread-Fit© workout.
